I am a pragmatic Agile Coach with over fourteen years of VUCA experience to positively influence organisational practices and learning for greater success, supporting those ‘doing agile’, guiding those ‘being agile’ and bringing agile to life for those 'getting on with it' who value cool ways to make things better.
My leadership success has what it takes to establish the ‘pull’ to nurture agile, in process and mindset. I have a proven track record with software development, more people than tech, and I have been fortunate to also apply this to some non-IT early adopters (Human Resources, Marketing Transformation and multi-partner Service Incubators).
I proactively build relationships to nurture rapport and trust. This cultivates new levels of safety, openness and participation. Those meaningful relationships seek to support a shared understanding of ‘flow’, where we can clearly identify, consider and navigate the upstream and downstream practices that will inadvertently constrain what can be achieved.
Leading by example, I walk the talk, day after day, month after month, to actively nurture and promote the importance of people first. This spark ignites empowerment to guide momentum towards the necessary cultural change for teams and their leaders. This is where the elusive magic you seek, happens.
